8th PIMS-MITACS Industrial Problem Solving Workshop May 17-21, 2004 PIMS-UBC, Vancouver, BC, Canada

Students participating in the Graduate Mathematics Modelling Camp and/or the Industrial Problem Solving Workshop will be reimbursed travel expenses up to a set cap depending on the geographical region the student is travelling from. These travel caps are set as follows:

Lower Mainland (Vancouver), Victoria	$50
Washington State, Nanaimo	$150
Alberta, Oregon, BC outside Lower Mainland	$300
Saskatchewan, Manitoba	$400
Ontario, Quebec	$500
Maritimes	$800
United States (not including Washington)	$500

*Special Note for carpoolers: Members of the carpool are responsible for ensuring expenses and reimbursements are distributed evenly amongst the group. Only the driver of the vehicle can be reimbursed for mileage. Any member of a carpool who submits original receipts for gasoline or vehicle ferry fares can be reimbursed.
